I am trying to get an idea of what remotify can add to LP mk3 mini.
The main drawback not addressed by Novation Components yet is that you can't us the session matrix layout more creatively, for rexample keep first four rows of cell triggers and use the lower part for an array of buttons of different functionlity, such as rows of solo/mute AND arm buttons, a couple of drum pads and a single fader.
Does remotify enable all that?

Yes, I use Remotify like you said.
I use 1,2,3,4 Row for clips.
5 row for stop button
6 row for enable or dissable fx plugins
7 row for on/off channel button
8 row for arm button.
I have some different mappings, selected by pressing the row 0
