Endless Encoder Bug

I have endless encoders on an MPK261 assigned to a parameter bank. When turning the encoders quickly the parameter in Live appears to "stall and jump", but resumes movement when I slow down the turn.

I also noticed their is no option to select an encoder type (e.g. relative smooth two compliment)

On some encoders/sliders etc, if you turn the input really quickly it doesn't send all of the MIDI Velocity Values along the way, so I think what's happening is Live is only updating at the points where a MIDI Value is received.
What I mean is, if your encoder is currently sitting at the 1 position and quickly twist it to the 127 position, it may only send something like, 8, 25, 57, 90, 102... rather than a smooth output from 1 - 127 which turning slowly will do.
