I havent changed any credentials...this afternoon trying to log on for word says that I have incorrect username/password...but it hasnt changed and I have reentered it?
Bit scary having this sort of vulnerability :-/

All should be fixed now.
The issue turned out to be a problem with logging into CSS with an email address. All good now.
