Unable to find script folder

I just purchased and installed Control Surface Studio. I have followed the tutorial correctly, but when I click the orange icon to "install" the first script, I get this error:

system Unable to find the "MIDI Remote Script Folder location" folder. Check your settings.

I have checked the path, it is correct and the folder exists. Any suggestions?
Running: Mac OS 10.14.6 + Ableton 10.0.2
