switching track sends messages Session box pad, can this be turned off?

Even when Session box does not have any LED feedback set, it seems to send messages for the assigned buttons when a track is switched. Can this be turned off, as it causes pads that are set in reactions to be overridden?

Can you try if deleting the 'Color Assignments' helps?
You can delete those by pressing the '-' button.
