Song Position Control

Works flawlessly on the script i made just a couple of days ago.

How can I access this? I see it has been commented out of the pro version. The main reason I bought the pro upgrade was to configure my jog wheel.

Hey, yeah the reason we removed is because it was broken at Ableton's end.
It's possible it may have been fixed in recent updates though, we will test to see.

Did you see Song Position advertised as available somewhere? sorry that you were expecting it to be available.

Just tested it now and still getting the same "NotImplementedError" error, I can only assume they removed it in the backend somewhere. I don't see any of the other scripts provided by Ableton using it either.

Thanks for your response. I read that other people had used this feature before and just assumed it was still available. No worries though, I'm really happy with the rest of the product - it's definitely the easiest to use solution I've come across.

I managed to assign the jog wheel on the Korg nanoKrontrol Studio controller to the midi step input controls in Live's clip view selector using the in-app midi mapping tool, so that gives me some of the functionality I want. Do you know if there's a similar way to assign jogging to the insert marker in the arrangement view (aside from seeing its position being reflected by individual clips)?

No I don't think there's any way to map to the insert marker at the moment.
