Hello,
i have an allen heat xone k1& k2 and i'm trying to understand how to map differents values to the same controller using shift button.

Can you combine Shift with other buttons? For instance 6, 7, 8 on APC40 which toggle arms tracks, but can they switch to various modes if pressed while holding Shift?

I'm trying to rebuild my outdated variation of Hans Petrov's script back when Live 8 was current...

Hey,
Yes that's correct, make sure the button you want to use for shift is set to momentary and put it on 'mode 0' so that its available across all the different modes.
Then set 6,7 & 8 as mode activation buttons i.e. they could activate modes 1,2 & 3.
