setting up Launchpad Pro3 with a new script

Hello everyone,

I need some help setting up a new script onto my Launchpad pro mk3.
I couldn't find a template online, so I created my own (just a basic 8 x 8 grid), was able to save it and load it into Ableton. I've also did everything in the midi section of the Ableton, connected the script to input and output, etc.

I have absolutely no idea how to connect the script to launchpad pro mk3. If anyone was able to do so: 1. does the launchpad pro mk3 need to be in programmer mode? Do I need to match midi values (in CSS) to exact same midi notes of the programmer mode?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am truly desperate.

Hi;

You build the controller template in css and there you have to match the midi values.
You have to use one of the Custom Modes in your controller, every custom Mode is different. I think it should be User Mode 5.
