session box not working

Just that I'm afraid, session box does not appear to work at all.
I'm on a Mac mini (2014) running El capitan, Ableton Live 9.1, my controller is an ipad (3rd gen) running Lemur. Thanks.

Hi, I suggest you upgrade your version of Ableton to the latest version as Midi remote scripts don't work very well previous to version 9.3. Ableton implemented a new API around then which remote scripts utilise a lot. John

I have been testing old versions of Ableton Live this week and the minimum requirement is 9.1.3. John
