Script disappeared from CSS and also from Control Surface Studio folder when created a new Script

Just happened to me:
I had two scripts in my CSS app. When I've tried to create a new Script one of the previously created scripts disappears from the app but also from the Control Surface Studio folder. I had to import it back from Ableton's midi script folder
