Script / Controller Question

Hi All, I have a script that was installed into Ableton and used by the Midi Twister fighter. It was made by Remotify, apparently. I am a little confused by it thought because one of the banks has parameters on it and it jumps and the other bank has parameters on it and it does not jump, it works perfect as in it stays in complete sync with Ableton. I looked at the template in the midi fighter utility and the setting for Sensitivity is set to "Responsive" .... I am just trying to understand how I would make this setting across the board as when it works well, it is awesome. Thanks in advance. PS. I don't own remotify yet, but it looks like I may buy it.
