REACTIONS: View Listener

Control Surface Studio User

Could really use a view listener; consider the following

The navigation buttons of the controller are set to control session actions eg up down, left right
The user flicks to the arrangement window; navigation buttons now need to amend their actions to suit the different context

By using a view listener and setting a flag you could easily add conditions to the actions and have 1 set for each window type
(I dont want to use modes as its far too complex and this makes it parametric and very easy to debug :-)

What would make it even better would be a folder that can have a check condition and contain the different action sets, thereby creating greater efficiency as it then becomes a group filter with only 1 check required for multiple clients

Nav buttons are usually global.

Cheers
