Yes the Web App is still working and being maintained.
Our Servers were recently upgraded and it has been causing some issues with it, but it should still be working.
What does the error say?

I'm experiencing the exact same issue. Both in Chrome and Safari
I just tested it and could download without any issue.
Maybe clear cache in your browser and try again?

With new scripts there is no problem but if I upload an old one (as before) the failure occurs.
