I'd really love it if the app could work offline as well. These last 2-3 years I've been spending most of my days in a no-Internet area and really loving it, however if I need to make a small change in my script I need to wait to go back to the city to make changes.

Is this a possibility?

Unfortunately most of the actual script generating is done on the server so an offline option isn't possible.
