"Not json files" error only on Windows

I have created the following JSON file and imported successfully in macOS. However the same file fails to import in Windows! Could you check it for me if that is the case on your side? The version are both 2.5.2 on both OS.

The script was created with help from code generation, but if it imports in macOS I think it should also work on Windows.

Also, if I import the built-in Twister script, export it, and immediately import the exported file, it also says "not json files". So my uploaded files is not even needed to reproduce the bug.
