Multi-Select and Drag Is Not Working As Expected

When I multi-select multiple controls and try to move them, only the item I click on is moved. I discovered that if I don't release the control button (I'm on windows) while making the selections and then drag, it does work. It was not intuitive...typically when you have multiple items selected and release the control button and then drag one of the selected items, it would move all of the items that were selected.

Of course, I found that by keeping the control button down while dragging it worked... after I made my controller template!
