Midi Notes not showing up in Track

Hey CSS Team,
I made a script in which i wanted to use my Launchpad in 2 modes: 1 to play instruments, 1 to trigger clips. Since i set up the clip-mode (sesssion box) there are no midi notes reaching my midi tracks anymore when im in my "playing-mode". There is still midi info coming in, and i can map it, but in the I/O section of the tracks there is nothing coming in.
I tried different things ut nothing worked... Is there a way to use the pads in two modes for triggering clips and playing synths?
