LED colors to match clips in Abelton??

i saw a thread addressing this but it seemed to be dead and couldn't find a fix for me. . id love if i could get the session box to read the led clip color of my clips in abelton automaticly. is there any way i could get some help or a custom script to make that possible?? i am using a novation launchpad mini MK3
