Controllers randomly disappearing from the Controller Manager has been reported by a few of you.
We're currently investing & fixing this.
To shed a little light on the issue
The reason for this seems to be that the Controller.json is having malformed data written to it at some point which causes the Controller to disappear from the Controller Manager list.

A quick report on this...
I've been testing this week's updates to the App along with a Controller build I have been doing and not had any issues with this bug at all.
Version 2.4 will include fixes for this and should be available soon. Just waiting on a couple more things back from one of our developers before releasing it.
Hi guys my controller has disappeared 3 times today and I’ve had to redo the hole thing

Controllers still disappear in version 2.4 on Windows, seems only to disappear after being assigned in a script.
Does it disappear from the Controller Manager as well, or just from the assigned controller in script settings?
Disappears from the Controller Manager. I thought it may have been from the creation of new controllers but when I modified a stock controller is still disappeared. Controller has disappeared while app is running not just after closing and re-opening.

same thing here. disappeared from controller manager and also from the asssigned controller in script settings. Reinstalled the app, tried to reimport and no succes.
