CSS Does not pickup new value when changing bank

Hi, so I have been trying to use CSS for a while, and I got an issue. I'm using my Midi Fighter Twister for this. Usually when changing banks, MIDI fighter would automatically "read" the current value of the parameter that is going to be controlled. But in my case, somehow it does not read the value from other bank.
For example:
1 knob is registered for parameter 1 and parameter 9. parameter 1 is set in bank 1 and parameter 9 is set in bank 2. I set the value in parameter 1 as 64, but parameter 9 has a value of 127. When I change from bank 1 to bank 2, the knob itself does not change the value, making it have to pickup the value. Usually it is supposed to be synced as it is when I tried to use it with Ableton's User Remote Script. Any ideas how to fix my CSS script? Thank you in advanced!

Do you have snap enabled for parameters/banking?

Snap on. Was it supposed to be on/off?

One thing I also notice is that it works on bank 1, but when I changed it to another bank, the other bank does not correspond with the actual value from Ableton.
