Control Surface Won't Map my Ableton Directory

I am really surprised how difficult it is to get started with CS Studio. The app wont map to my Ableton directory. It is blank on the setup screen. When I try to navigate to the directory to set it, CS Studio won't enable the OK button.

Please help. Setting up shouldn't be this difficult.
