Ive been doing some python outside of css and I notice when I code directly in remote scripts, the scroll box uses note on AND off for the scroll
eg, Note on begins the scroll and continues until it receives note off.
How can that be achieved in CSS as it seems to only use the actual on event to move just one (based on inc/dec) or am I missing something?
