Best way to setup Solo Mute and Arm

Hi all,
I'm setting up my Korg NanoControl2 quite successfully. I'm setting up the track buttons, and wondered how can simulate how Live works when Exclusive Arm or Solo are enabled :

Arm and solo exclusive work like so:
- When control is not pressed, they work exclusively.
- Set multiple items on when Ctrl is pressed, and then unset them all when another item of same type is pressed without control.

Previously, using the MackieControl script it would arm when one button was pressed and arm multiple tracks if pressed.

Is this possible?

I'm wondering if I'd need to do as John C suggested:

Or would it be better to use Reactions? Similar to this comment:

Thanks,
Phil
