Ableton Live Folder not showing up in Explorer (program data folder)

Hey,
recently i moved from my mini mac to a custom build pc with a very customized windows to have super low latency.
so far everything works super smooth and i even managed to copy the json file inside abletons user library folder and it worked! but now i wanted to install remotify on the pc but my ableton live folder is not showing up the way it supposed to be.
i just have in my documents folder ableton wich contains just Factory Packs, Live Recordings and and User Library. That´s it!
And i guess thats why remotifys log tells me: Can't obtain live set at this time
But the strange thing is everything works!
so it seems that my Program data folder is not showing up on explorer cause when i go on search for the live.exe file and make it show me the location in the explorer it´s there! so even my problem is not remotify related at first hand maybe someone has an idea how to set this up properly!

Hi , we think this is a small bug causing an error to be reported if there is no session box mapping added in your script.
Aside from the messages, it shouldn't cause any problems - and you can prevent it from happening by adding a session box.
We will investigate the issue for fixing.

so: i was researching and i found out that my custom made midi controller template inside css (Maschine JAM) was not working. i transfered all the files from my mac to my new pc. lots of errors that i have to map it new.... so i thought ok then lets make it new from ground. So i took around 4 hours to recreate every button with its address and map the function but at the end i had some troubles with the navigation of the red box. and the the css software started to get slower and slower. after another 10mins when it really lagged i thought i´m gonna restart the pc (brand new and crazy overspecified so it´s definately the pc) and after that i doesn´t show my controller template anymore!!!! it´s driving me crazy! hopwfully all the work is not gone!! don´t know what to do!
btw: i had a session box from the first day in my script! even two with a shift function! (one was jumping 8 steps and with shift it was jumping 1 step...)
If it is running slower, first thing to do is open the error log and click 'clear'. This should help.
Your work won't be gone, if you go to your home directory > control surface studio. There are 2 folders, controller & script. They contain the json files for each of the scripts / controller templates that you have in your copy of CSS.
These can be imported back into CSS, however if they have somehow become corrupted then they still won't show up.
hey, ok i went pretty much through a nightmare cause unfortunately the controller (Ni Maschine JAM) that i made was lost. couldn´t find it on the pc at all..
anyway then i found your template for the Ni Maschine Jam in the community so i started mapping/setting everything back up again and now i´m finished but i stuck at the following error message:

Script Generation Error. MIDI Value is missing for Controller Input Pads 1. Called by attach_it
pads 1 is the folder with the 64 pads in it! i did set all midi notes in the controller sub menu (pads1) accordingly and i did map all pads inside the session box menu.
am i missing something???
it´s over all really strange cause i´m playing live with this remote script since more than a year. never any problems!!! 1st setup on my mini mac went without any problems and now it takes me more than a week to get it properly running on my new pc... strange
anyway, thank you very much for you help!
ah and one more thing:
my session box was working without problems but i wish they would show the according colour as shown in ableton again. with this remote script mine were all white but with the midi remote script that it got shipped with it worked...
don´t know how much work that is but thinking back i was very very handy and it would be definately worth some money to mee to get this implemented again in the code.
like i said, playing live and making music with this thing is my job so i wanna use all it s benefits!
btw even i have some troubles now with css i really like your software!!!
it made many things much easier for me! and well more organised with some many mappings!

This error is a bit strange, its saying that 'Pads 1' is missing a Midi Value, but the Pads input doesn't require a midi value

As you say you've been using the script for a while, I'm guessing that you created your controller template in an old version of CSS. Possibly, some old data is in the json file which is causing this error. I would recommend, deleting 'Pads 1' from your controller template and re-adding it again.
Oh and with regards to clip colour feedback, we will be working on some improvements (probably in reactions) which will give you the ability to utilise these.
