I am searching for a way to control all the parameters on a few vst plugins, especially one with more then 500 parameters, has css found a way to get beyond the 128 parameter limit ?
Hi John, thanks, but I suspect I've got stuck.
I'm running a DMX lights VST plugin (DMXis).
But in Ableton no parameters are visible in the device screen, and when I run the "make all parameter names visible" script, only the device on/of switch is registered.
Until I ad parameters in the device screen by using the configure button, and move the DMX faders in the GUI, and then the "make all parameter names visible" script registers those.
So,,
It seams I only can controll up to 128 parameters, only the ones that I select in the GUI using the configure button..
Am I missing something ? (I fear this is something beyond our controll)
(I tried using more then one vst instance of DMXis, instant crash)
I just tried an other vst with hidden parameters, and css behaves the same, so probably a better questios would be, is there a way for css to capture the parameters Ableton does not show?
Btw, I've been away from css for a while, and I'm impressed with the progress the program made, it has been a joy so far.

If you want more than 128, just add a second parameter bank and set each 'parameter number' to what you need. 129, 130, 131... etc
